The Office of Rail Transport has issued a new guide. The issues raised in it concern the maintenance and changes in the rolling stock. The document is primarily aimed at entities in charge of maintenance (ECM).  We encourage you to download and familiarize yourself. 

On October 31, 2020, the Fourth Railway Package entered into force and entered into force. This imposes new requirements on the Market regarding Safety Management Systems as well as the very method of applying for documentation necessary to conduct business.
