The range of projects implemented so far within the competence of the Institute's employees is very broad,

• construction, implementation, update of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and/or Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) for several dozen entities, including the largest operatorsoperatingon the Polish market (including PKP Cargo, PKP Energetyka, CTL Logistics, DB Schenker Rail Polska, Greenbrier Europe);

• implementation of the International Railway Industry Standard IRIS rev. 02;

• several dozen projects to assess the significance of the change, including the introduction by PKP Intercity of a new type of rolling stock - ED250 (Pendolino);

• dozens of SMS and MMS audits and controls (including SKM Warszawa, SKM Trójmiasto, Koleje Mazowieckie, ZNTK Oława);

• dozens of developed and updated instructions for railway carriers and users of railway sidings;

• obtained by new railway undertakingslicensefor conducting business activity and safety certificates;

• expert opinions prepared at the request of the President of the Office of Rail Transport;

• hundreds of training courses, including for the Office of Rail Transport and the State Commission for the Investigation of Railway Accidents.

The employees of the Institute have been present on the market for many years,they took participation in building the first Safety and Maintenance Management Systems. It was a period of designationstandardsconstruction and evaluation of these systems.

The experience gained so far bears fruit in the charactereffectivenessaction, precise implementation of expectationscustomer and ongoing supportentitiesrailways in specific actions in various areas.
