Safety Culture Improvement Strategy

The requirements of the so-called The 4th Railway Package in the field of Safety Management Systems (SMS) introduced a completely new element in the field of human factor management. For the first time, the issue of Safety Culture appeared in the legal requirements and the requirement to implement it as part of your management system. 

In particular, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/762 establishing common safety methods for Safety Management System requirements, imposed on rail carriers and infrastructure managers, the obligation to develop a document called Safety Culture Improvement Strategy. 

We have experience in developing the Strategy and at the same time we are aware of how strong pressure was placed on the part of the National Security Authority (UTK) to ensure that this document is adequate and consistent with indeed implemented in a given Company with processes.
