Safety Improvement Programs, Annual Reports

The EU and national railway law imposes a number of obligations on entities operating on this market in the field , including annual preparation of documents related to safety. We are aware that fulfilling all of them brings considerable difficulties, especially for less experienced companies, especially that they are the subject of thorough analyses of the Office of Rail Transport.

We propose support in process of delivering critical documents related to safety. In this regard, we offer assistance in the preparation of Safety Improvement Programmes, Annual Safety Reports, Annual Maintenance Reports, or Reports on the implementation of service quality standards in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 1371/2007.

We adhere to the principle that these documents should be prepared on the basis of real data and implemented processes so that they are reflecting situation of   companies that issue them. This is particularly important in the case of the above documents, under which the company must define measurable goals for which it will be accountable in the future. Therefore, it is crucial to select goals in such a way that they are possible to achieve  while contributing to the improvement of safety. This goal can only be achieved by creating documents that are adequate and tailored to the needs of a given Enterprise.
